Katiki Waterfalls Overview

The Katiki Waterfalls is in Araku near Borra Caves in Vishakhapatnam in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Katiki waterfall is on the Gosthani River. The name of the falls is derived from the name of the village nearby. The waterfall is about 50 feet high and the water cascades down to a pond at the bottom. It is considered as a beautiful waterfall in Araku Valley when it is as its best. The Katiki Waterfalls is also believed to be named after the mythological figure Kaitiki.
